Navistar has four separate Main Labor Contracts (MLC) currently under negotiation with the UAW, which cover four separate multi-site bargaining units.

These contracts, along with welfare and retirement benefit plans and other supplemental documents, comprise the multi-site collective bargaining agreements between the Company and the UAW. The four different MLCs and the corresponding bargaining units are as follows:

Production and Maintenance MLC – covers production and maintenance (P&M) employees at Melrose Park (Illinois) Engine Plant and Springfield (Ohio) Truck Plant.

Clerical and Technical MLC – covers certain clerical and technical (C&T) employees at Melrose Park Engine Plant and Engineering operations, Springfield (Ohio) Truck Plant and Fort Wayne (Indiana) Truck Development and Technology Center.

Parts Distribution Center Warehouse MLC – covers warehouse employees at the Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) in Atlanta and Dallas.

Parts Distribution Center Office MLC – covers office employees at the PDCs in Atlanta, York (Pennsylvania) and Dallas.
